			* Anyone can read, unless the wiki is private. To edit you sign in through ss14.run and need a group: sector roles come with theirs, and bureaucrats can add anyone else to ''editor'' on [[Special:UserRights]].
			* Restyling is for the ''interface-admin'' group (bureaucrats can grant it too): edit [[MediaWiki:Common.css]] for every skin or [[MediaWiki:Citizen.css]] for Citizen, the default.
